MAM ROS 0 for shapez update 1

An updated version of Boomdingo MAM: https://www.reddit.com/r/shapezio/comments/1lvune0/micromam_v3_tileable_stackable_1_belt_mam_with/ It doesn't do crystal, but now has black paint Inputs are full shape in any order and paint in any order, all in different layers from a single train, Output is a single belt of shape, divided in 4 for tileablity reason, It needs about 3 minutes to change shapes, so it is very convenient to fly through ROS 0 levels
