Blueprint - Hexagon Bowtie Factory 1x2 Island 12x in 12x out

Factory that takes 12 full lanes in, and outputs a bowtie of only the East and West sections. Rotation of the sections is preserved, and pieces of the incoming hexagon can be missing without clogging the output (thanks to the destroyers).
