Blueprint - 2-full-to-quad

This masterpiece of an cutting island allows you to reduce two belts at max speed of full (or partial) shapes into their individual quarters. An input belt is processed into four outputs being grouped into two belts on the first and two belts on the second floor (fourth picture). The output is unified to provide each quarter in the top-right spot (facing north).
