Shape Balancer Horizontal 3x 4-Belt
For each of the 3 stacked layers, balances the 4 parallel lanes. Based on the Shapez 1 design for a 4->4 balancer, but replaces the convenient Balancer component with adhoc solutions. It's a mess.
Use in conjunction with https://community-vortex.shapez2.com/blueprint/b01lz3l5xqe281w to fully balance a 12-lane space belt.
Footprint: 1x1 Platform.
Input: left, 12 belts.
Output: right, 12 belts.
