2-Tile 2x12-to-24 Mixer

I've been using the most downloaded 24 Lane Mixer by @Razash, but realised it was only running at half efficiency... not wanting to place 2 of them per saturated pipe, I tried to see if I could cram 16 mixers per layer instead of just 8, and managed to come up with this - I'm not a belt wizard, but I think this is pretty close to perfect, every layer is contained within itself so it can also be scaled down to 2 layers without issue. This is basically a fix/upgrade to @Razash's design with the same footprint but fully efficient, alternatively I like @Hinara's [Mixer 1x1 Stacked](https://community-vortex.shapez2.com/blueprint/ywntb6bvl0juzat) for a half-efficiency mixer with smaller footprint, or @burble's [Mixer Island](https://community-vortex.shapez2.com/blueprint/wpqj0e9o1r283w4) which performs the same as mine but has different In/Out alignment
