Train Distribution for Micro-MAM V4 - separates out long trains

Train distribution module for the Micro-MAM V4. It converts long trains (i.e. 10-long train) into small ones (i.e. 10x 1-long train) using transfer stations. Then it combines the small trains in the pattern that's needed for the train input of the MAM. The blueprint labels what the inputs should be if using for the MAM.
