Blueprint - Half-Trisector - 4x In 12 Out

Trisects a 4 lanes of a half shape, either East or West, and outputs 12 lanes of that shape (rotated all to the Northeast). You'll find two islands, one for each West and East, because it wasn't as simple as mirroring the rotational bits.
